The ISO 9001 quality management standard is the most widely used standard in quality management. It defines the minimum requirements for a quality management system that must be implemented in order to meet customer requirements and other requirements for product or service quality. The high quality of our products and services and the associated customer satisfaction are the most important goals of Eplan.
To achieve these goals and to ensure high quality in processes and products, various EPLAN departments are certified in accordance with the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. As a result, the high quality of the Eplan Platform’s products and services and their continuous improvement is ensured by implementing the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
